Village Design Statement
This Statement has been compiled on behalf of the Claygate residents by the Village Design Statement Committee to describe the village and the qualities most valued by local people. It is aimed at being adopted by the Elmbridge Borough Council as a Supplementary Planning Document to support the Local Plan and the emerging Local Development Framework as it affects Claygate.
